Maybe by Sunday we'll be able to get a feel for what other groups are
writing in the proposal.

I guess he wants explanations for why we made the choices we made
(eg.  why use Lexan?).  To some extent, it's mostly BS.  The
important things to me (although not to him!! :) are: 1) we've made
the choices, 2) for good reasons.
