Preparation for Proposal?

We will be in AER201 class next semester.

We met with you earlier last week to discuss our initial design (tag
robot).  We plan to meet with you next Wednesday for our proposal.  We
would like to know what level of preparation will be expected of us
for approval of our design project.  Can you be specific about what types
of preparation are needed (eg:  drawings, parts list, circuits
schematics?????).

In addition, can you direct us to some information on the computer kits.
