I know you've tested it before.

I didn't have time to look at it too closely (phy lab), but the
symptoms I was seeing were reduced to the following:

Output always on, even if I manually hold sensor input to a constant
DC voltage (regulated by a big cap).

I suspect it's something simple, wiring problem or some such.  Opamps
appear to be powered correctly.  I may try to turn my 6502 board into
a small simple-minded oscilloscope.
